Appointments & Booking

How do I book an appointment?

Head to the Main Page Click ‘Book Appointment’

Do I need to pay a deposit?

Yes, Services under £150: £20 deposit Services over £150: £50 deposit

Are deposits refundable?

No, unless the incident occurs on our side

Can I reschedule my appointment?

Yes, appointments may be rescheduled free of charge when requested more than 72 hours before the appointment time. Charges will occur after 

What happens if I am late?

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will incur a £10 late fee. After 30mins the appointment will be cancelled.

What happens if I miss my appointment?

You will never be able to book with us again.

Do you accept walk-ins?

No.

Do you offer same-day appointments?

Yes, depending on availability Please messages us.

Do you offer emergency appointments?

Yes, depending on availability Please messages us.

How far in advance can i book?

You only book the month that the slots are open for.

Do you work on Sundays?

No.

What are your opening hours?

Mon - Saturday  (9:30am - 6pm)

Do you dye hair?

No.

Can you colour extensions?

Yes. Please Message me the Colour before your appointment 

Can I bring my own hair?

Weave/bundles & Bohemian hair. Braiding hair is provided and prepared before appointment

Can I come with my hair already washed?

Yes & Blowdried

3 to 4 Bundles are always Recommended.

What length hair should I buy?

How long do braids last?

Braids can last up to 3months with the correct:

  • After care
  • Touch up services 

How do I maintain my braids?

How should I sleep with my braids?

Satin Bonnet &  pillow cases are you beast friend

Can I wash my braids?

Yes.

How often should I moisturise my scalp?

Every Two/Three Days

How can I stop my braids from getting frizzy?

Mousse and Satin Bonnet and Pillow Case

How long should I keep my braids in?

Extension 4 - 8weeks, Stitch Braids 2 - 5 weeks 

How do I maintain my weave?

How do I apply for a chair rental?

DM me your name, the service(s) you provide, and your portfolio. I’m looking for serious, professional individuals who are passionate about their work. More information will be provided via direct message.

1 Space is available.

Please arrive with hair washed, detangled & Blowdried. 

What should I avoid before my appointment?

DO NOT OIL OR GREASE  your scalp before your appointment.
