Booking Policies

Our Booking Policies

Please read carefully before booking your appointment. By booking with HairWithVim, you agree to abide by the following policies. These policies are in place to protect both your time and mine, and ensure a smooth, respectful experience for all.


Booking & Deposits

  • A £10 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. This must be paid within 24 hours of booking, or your slot will be cancelled and made available to others.

  • Full payment in advance is also non-refundable, and will be treated the same as a deposit.

  • Deposit payment methods include Bank Transfer and PayPal. Full payment details will be provided after you book.

 


Cancellations

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment.

  • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in a 50% charge of your total service price.

  • If you fail to comply with this, future bookings may be denied.

Note: I understand that life happens — if you experience an emergency or unavoidable situation, please reach out as soon as possible to discuss options.


Rescheduling

  • You may reschedule your appointment via the reschedule link provided in your confirmation email (only if it’s more than 48 hours before your booking).

  • For rescheduling within 48 hours, you must contact me directly.

  • Reschedule requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be treated as cancellations, and the same cancellation fee policy applies.

 


Lateness

  • Please arrive on time. Travel delays, traffic, and personal issues are not my responsibility, so plan accordingly.

  • A £10 late fee will be charged if you arrive 15 minutes late.

  • If you are more than 30 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled, and you may lose your deposit and/or be restricted from future bookings.

 


Guests / Plus Ones

  • No guests or plus ones are allowed to accompany you to your appointment. This includes children, partners, friends, etc.

  • If this will be an issue for any reason, you must notify me in advance so we can discuss whether an exception can be made. Unannounced guests will result in cancellation of your service.

 


Parking

  • If you are driving to your appointment, please park respectfully and do not block driveways or other vehicles. You are responsible for parking legally and safely.

 


Age Policy

  • Services are available for clients aged 12 and over.

  • No clients under the age of 12 will be accepted.

  • Clients under 18 are not permitted on the premises after 8:00 PM.

 


Before & After Hours Appointments

  • Standard booking hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

  • Bookings outside of these hours may be accommodated for an additional £10 fee, added on top of your service total.

  • If you require an early morning or late evening appointment, please contact me in advance to confirm availability.
