BOOKING POLICIES
Please read these policies carefully before booking your appointment with HairWithVim. By securing a booking, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.
These policies are designed to ensure every client receives a professional, organised, and luxury experience.
BRAIDING HAIR INCLUDED
Braiding hair is included with all braiding services unless otherwise stated.
Included hair colours:
- Colour 1
- Colour 1B
- Colour 2
- Colour 4
Additional colours outside of the standard selection are charged at £5 per colour.
BOHO HAIR IS NOT INCLUDED IN ANY SERVICE (head to ‘let’s talk bohemian’ for more info)
Colour Mixing
Custom colour blends are available upon request.

Please request custom colours before your appointment to allow sufficient preparation time.
BOOKING & DEPOSITS
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments.
- £20 deposit

Services over £150 require a £50 deposit.
The remaining balance must be paid on the day of your appointment via:
- Cash
- Apple Pay
- Bank Transfer
Debit cards are accepted where available.
CANCELLATIONS
Appointments may be cancelled up to 72 hours (3 days) before your appointment.
Cancellations made within 48 hours (2 days) of your appointment will incur a cancellation fee.
The cancellation fee is 50% of the booked service.
Repeated late cancellations or failure to communicate may result in future booking restrictions.
NO-SHOW POLICY
Clients who fail to attend their appointment without prior notice will forfeit their deposit and may be refused future bookings.
No-shows prevent other clients from booking available appointment times and significantly impact the business.
RESCHEDULING
Appointments may be rescheduled once, within the same month as the original booking.
Rescheduling requests must be made at least 72 hours (3 days) before your appointment.
All rescheduling requests are subject to availability.
If no suitable appointments are available, you must either keep your original appointment or cancel it in accordance with the cancellation policy.
LATE Policy
Please arrive on time for your appointment.

A 15-minute grace period will be given.

After 15 minutes, a £10 late fee will apply.

After 25 minutes, your appointment may be cancelled.
Please communicate if you are running late.
HAIR PREPARATION
Please arrive with your hair:
- Freshly washed
- Fully detangled
- Fully blow-dried
Please do not arrive with oils, grease, butters or heavy styling products in your hair.
Hair must be 5–8 inches across the entire head unless otherwise agreed.
Hair washing and blow-drying are not included and will incur an additional charge if required.
Bundles, wigs or extension hair should arrive fully prepared unless agreed beforehand.
HairWithVim reserves the right to refuse services where hair is severely damaged, excessively breaking, contains bald patches/short sections, or is otherwise unsuitable for the requested style.
Failure to follow the preparation policy may result in your appointment being refused and the cancellation policy being applied.
AFTER-HOURS APPOINTMENTS
Standard working hours are:
Monday–Saturday
9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Appointments outside of these hours are subject to availability and incur additional charges.

GUEST POLICY
No additional guests are permitted at appointments, including friends, partners, or children, unless agreed beforehand.
AGE POLICY
Please attend your appointment alone.
Friends, partners and children are not permitted unless prior approval has been given.
AGE POLICY
HairWithVim accepts clients aged 12 years and over.
Clients under the age of 18 cannot be booked for appointments scheduled after 7:00 PM.
PARKING
Parking availability may vary due to local events and match days.
If you are travelling by car, please contact HairWithVim before your appointment for the latest parking guidance.
Where possible, public transport is recommended.
